Hotel Hassler Roma is thrilled to introduce Andrea Antonini as the new Executive Chef at Imàgo, the hotel’s Michelin Starred restaurant. At just 27 years old, the talented Antonini joins a young and dynamic team at Imàgo with its famously panoramic views atop the Spanish Steps.
Chef Antonini, a native of the Eternal City, gained experience and honed his creative skills alongside various culinary legends including chefs Quique Dacosta and Joan Roca i Fontané, each the recipient of 3 Michelin Stars. During his time away from home, however, Andrea did not abandon his roots. Instead, as is apparent by the dishes he prepares, he has nurtured his love for Italian and Roman cuisine.
Mr Roberto E. Wirth, owner and general manager of the Hotel Hassler Roma and pictured here with Chef Antonini, is pleased to welcome this new chef as they share the same culinary philosophy and concept for Imàgo.
