The NEW Hotel is an architectural jewel, adorning Athens’s city center with its intriguing design, its fabulous atmosphere, and its fine gastronomic proposals.

Offering an entirely NEW approach to young interior design, energetic hospitality, and customer-centered services, the NEW Hotel in Athens was the first hotel to be designed by the award-winning duo, Fernando and Humberto Campana. Commissioned by Dakis Joannou, one of the world’s leading collectors of contemporary art and the owner of YES! Hotels, the Campana brothers were able to transform the former Olympic Palace Hotel into an exquisite 5-star property with 79 rooms and suites.

Everything about this boutique Design Hotel is playful and smart, with custom-made furniture and handmade fixtures that make guests feel as though they’re staying in an eclectic and ultra-luxe art gallery. And with its central location, guests of the NEW Hotel are just minutes away from Athens’s legendary landmarks like the Acropolis, Parthenon, and Syntagma Square.

NOŪS SANTORINI

Opening this June, NOŪS sits within Santorini’s charming village of Mesaria. This 5-star luxury resort encourages guests to move away from the crowds, choosing instead a spacious environment that allows them to slow down, relax and experience Santorini through an authentic and local lens.

Staying true to its roots, NOŪS’s design has been deeply influenced by Santorini’s unique history. For example, the property resembles the traditional settlements of the island, and all the materials, styles, and textures found throughout the resort have existed in Santorini for centuries now. The world-famous murals found in the archaeological site of Akrotiri also define the resort’s color palette with earthy, terracotta shades and vibrant warm colors used in all the rooms and common areas.

NOŪS’s 121 rooms, most of which have their own private pool and garden, were designed to emphasize space and comfort. Each area of the property has its own individual style, complemented by the original contemporary art and modern design icons found throughout the resort, and guests are sure to enjoy the property’s locally inspired dining options.
