NOW... Daniele Carta, the debonair GM of The First Roma Arte is opening The First Roma Dolce just a few blocks away, on via del Corso. The First Roma Dolce will feature 23 contemporary accommodations as well as a very refined patisserie. The hotel will be dedicated to the world of fine chocolates, pastries and all things sweet. In addition, as The First Roma Dolce is only 5 blocks from The First Roma Arte, guests of each hotel will have signing privileges at both properties. This means that guests at Dolce will have preferred seating at the Arte’s Michelin starred Acquolina restaurant and its sister Acquaroof, a panoramic restaurant and bar.
