OCTOBER 2026

Hello Karen,

Our team has just returned from Africa, and we're excited to share what we discovered.

Jane Behrend, Clarke Dhana and Paula Newton attended the APTA Global Forum at Avani Victoria Falls. It was a terrific meeting on the banks of the mighty Zambezi, with plenty of knowledge shared (and giraffe, zebra and impala close by).

After the conference, Clarke and Paula explored four Anantara properties. Highlights included the Stanley & Livingstone Victoria Falls Hotel in Zimbabwe, which announced a special addition to their private game park recently (see “News At a Glance” below).

They were also super impressed by Anantara's new Tented Camp Kafue River, which recorded four individual leopard sightings in just one week. In Clarke's words: “It's very luxurious!”

If you're in or around Fort Lauderdale, Boston or Chicago, don't forget to join us at the Africa Showcase roadshow this November to connect with our African partners in person.

And lastly, some exciting news: Neptune Hotels has joined our portfolio of Cool Companies! Find out more about them in this issue.

Warmly,

Jenna and the ED Team
