By opting into PROCOLOMBIA's Reward Program and entering your information, you are opting into PROCOLOMBIA's database. All reported booking data you enter for "rewards" offered in the PROCOLOMBIA Reward Program also becomes property of the PROCOLOMBIA. This information will be used to deliver you rewards and special promotional privileges.

  • ADD BOOKING:
    Submit a booking where Colombia is on the itinerary. It can be booked with any tour operator, any 3rd party or direct. To earn Points, the booking needs to have at minimum 1 overnight in Colombia on the itinerary.

     
  • ADD BOOKING-CONFIRMATION IMAGE:
    When you report a booking, you should try to upload a screenshot or photo of the confirmation booking. Take a photo with your phone or take a screenshot of the confirmation on your computer or picture of a printed copy. It doesn't need to be perfect, just legible. By submitting a confirmation image of the booking, you will expedite the approval process.

     
  • PENDING BOOKINGS / PENDING POINTS:
    Bookings entered are in PENDING status until after check-out and the hotel booked has validated the booking. Once validated, the booking moves to CONFIRMED BOOKING status and Reward POINTS are added to your Program account.

     
  • BOOKING CONFIRMATION EMAIL:
    To confirm the status of your booking, 7 days before your client arrives, you will receive an email regarding your booking and are asked to: CONFIRM IT, EDIT IT or CANCEL the booking.

     
  • CONFIRMED BOOKINGS / AVAILABLE POINTS:
    You will earn 100 Points for every confirmed room night booked in Colombia.

    Points earned on CONFIRMED BOOKINGS are displayed in AVAILABLE POINTS. Points are valid for 12 months after the date issued.

    Points accrued in your account may be redeemed in the MY REWARDS section for Hotel Room Nights and Merchandise (when available).
     

  • REJECTED BOOKING:
    If your reported booking is rejected, you will receive an email notice. Rejected bookings are found on your dashboard in the "REJECTED BOOKINGS" section. Click the "NOTE" icon on the left to see the reason. You have 2x chances to correct a rejected booking and resubmit so please try to resubmit your booking accurately.
     

  • CONFIRMED / REJECTED EMAIL ALERT:
    You will receive a weekly email notice on Monday at 7am EST summarizing IF YOU HAD any Confirmed or Rejected bookings in the past 7 days.
     

  • REDEEM POINTS:
    Points accrued in your account may be redeemed in the MY REWARDS section for Hotel Room Nights and Merchandise (when available). Points are valid for 12 months after the date issued.

    Any Airline tickets, hotel stays (if available) and other prizes (If available) will be rewarded while supplies last.
    A maximum of 2 tickets will be rewarded per Travel Agent.
    Top 10 producers will be rewarded with an exclusive Fam trip
