Jordan Rewards Program Details:  www.jordan.tarewards.com

By opting into Jordan's Reward Program and entering your information, you are opting into Jordan's database. All reported booking data you enter for "rewards" offered in the Jordan Reward Program also becomes property of the Jordan Tourism Board. This information will be used to deliver you rewards and special promotional privileges.

  • ADD BOOKING: Submit a booking where Jordan is on the itinerary. It can be booked with any tour operator, any 3rd party or direct. To earn a consumer lead, Jordan needs to have at minimum 1 overnight in Jordan on the itinerary.
     
  • ADD BOOKING-CONFIRMATION IMAGE: When you report a booking, you should try to upload a screen shoot or photo of the confirmation booking. Take a photo with your phone or take a screen shot of the confirmation on your computer or picture of a printed copy. It doesn't need to be perfect, just legible. By submitting a confirmation image of the booking you will expedite the approval process for the Lead Reward within days! (click here for simple Print Screen instructions)
     
  • CONFIRMED BOOKING: When Visit Jordan confirms the booking is “legitimate”, you are rewarded with a consumer lead that is shown in your "LEADS PENDING" at www.jordan.tarewards.com. You will also get an email notice. Travel Advisors earn 1 consumer lead for every confirmed booking reported and your Pending Leads will not expire. All confirmed bookings are also found on your dashboard in the "Confirmed Booking" section.
     
  • JORDAN LEADS: Once we capture on our website a consumer lead that is interested in visiting Jordan, the lead is sent via email notification to the "next in-line” travel advisor that has a Pending Lead within a specific mile radius of the consumer lead. Make sure you add JTBNA@visitjordan.com to your safe sender email list so you won't miss a lead. Your Pending Leads will not expire. However, leads are subject to demand through JTBNA’s website and online outlets and thus are not guaranteed delivery in a specific time period. Please be assured that our goal is to push as many consumer leads to our Travel Advisor partners who report their bookings in this program.
     
  • EMAIL LEAD ACCEPTANCE: If you receive an email notification that you have a Pending Lead, you have 18 hours to click the link in the email to accept the Lead. Immediately you will be emailed your consumer lead contact information when you click the link to accept the lead within the 18 hour period. We hope the lead becomes a client for life!
     

  • MISSED LEAD ACCEPTANCE: If you missed the 18 hour lead acceptance window, don’t worry because you are "next in-line" for a consumer lead the moment we capture a lead in your area. You will still get rewarded, your Leads Pending will not expire! Go to www.jordan.tarewards.com and click “Leads Pending” to review the bookings you reported and the leads we will deliver to you on each confirmed booking!
     

  • REJECTED BOOKING: If your reported booking is rejected, you will get an email notice. Rejected bookings are found on your dashboard in the "Rejected Bookings" section. Click the "NOTE" icon on the left to see the reason. You have 2x chances to correct a rejected booking and resubmit so please try to resubmit your booking accurately.
     

  • LEADS REWARDED: Go to www.jordan.tarewards.com and click “Leads Rewarded” to review the bookings you reported and the leads we delivered to you on each booking! Click the "Lead" and a pop-up will show you your Consumer Lead contact information. You are also emailed this Lead information the moment you accept the Lead in the 18 hour period.
     

  • BONUS: In addition, each quarter we will randomly select 1 agent from the top 10 agents that have reported the most bookings to win a bonus cash prize.
